Return and Refund Policies
1. How can I return a product?
Do you have time14 daysto return your products.
NB:For security reasons, we will only accept the return of products whose packaging or protective filmhas not been openedor tampered with.
The product must be inperfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external casings, accessories and instructions.
For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted.
Here's how the return works:
1. Choose one of our locations

2. Prepare your order invoice for printing(received by email)
3. Go to one of our offices
Our staff will take care of your request and proceed with the exchange of your product, the creation of a gift card or a refund.
The choice is yours!
2. What are the repayment times and methods?
The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the products from the Returns Service.
You will be informed of the status of your request by email. From that moment, the refund will be paid via the payment method used to finalize your order.
Your account will be credited within approximately 7 working days or according to the timing of your bank.
3. Refund of an order paid with a gift card
If you paid for all or part of your order using a Sephora gift card, you will be assigned an online voucher (equivalent to the amount withdrawn on the occasion of your order), which can be used for your next online purchases atjohnbarber.it.
